Resources Fiji established its presence in Fiji and Vanuatu to harvest and supply Monkeypod Slabs & Genuine Mahogany in 2010.

Today, the Company operates amid a diverse landscape of forests and native-owned plantations throughout Melanesia and Southeast Asia. What began as a 2-man operation is now a sustainable enterprise which processes over 450 mbf of Monkeypod Slabs & Genuine Mahogany per year.

Our contract forestry operations in Fiji and throughout Oceania are maintained on plantations which are government and native-owned and available for use by village communities.

As “Prosperity Partners”, our relationships provide employment in the heart of Pacific Island communities for trades people and support local industry and economies.

Our Company’s core philosophy centers on the protection of the environment. We only distribute wood products made from legally harvested forests and plantations. Pursuant to these commitments, we have developed policies and procedures that allow us to meet or exceed relevant legislation and regulations regarding environmental compliance.
